Shipping
- Shipping is based on the total weight of your purchases and will ship through USPS Priority Mail.
- Your orders will be shipped from I Made It! Market
- Items will be shipped 1 - 3 business days from the order date via the method you select at check out.
- You will receive tracking information once your item(s) have shipped.
- If you are sending different items to different addresses, please make each address's order in a separate transaction.
- We cannot make changes to orders after they are placed.. If you have a question please email hello@imadeitmarket.com and we will return your message within 48 hours.
- Orders may be picked up at The Mall At Robinson located at 100 Robinson Centre Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 in the IMI Pop Up Market space located on the lower level across from Dicks Sporting Goods. The store is open during regular mall hours and you will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pick up

Returns
Due to the nature of this Online Market and the Co-Op nature of our store, all sales will be final. If you have an issue arise with an item the artists' business card will be included in your shipment. If you have need for contact info you can always email us at hello@imadeitmarket.com and we'd be happy to assist.If your item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email us and provide photographs of the item and your order number so we can help you address any problems.
